Me and investing in real estate, to me… science fiction. I am an ordinary woman with a family, my husband and my two boys. We live paycheck to paycheck, we're not bad, but it could always be better, right?

I'm still thinking about what to come up with as a novelty that would secure me and my family for the future, what direction to take, so that our lives would be simpler and we wouldn't have to turn over every crown before buying something.

Once a friend came to me that a simple, effective and financially interesting way of my lifelong question was opening up. The road is called Dubai, is it science fiction for you, like for me? Mistake, there's nothing wrong with that... the value of a standard property in Dubai is the same as an apartment in Brno, so it probably starts at lower amounts around CZK 3,000,000. Where to take them and not steal them? :D

One possibility is an American mortgage, which I had no information about and which the friend just told me that they even arranged for her. She asked me, do you have savings? No, Do you have an apartment or a house - no and where do you live? At my parents' house and will be mine one day. They lent me the money for their own property. Buying an apartment in Dubai is no science. I am renting the apartment now - I took the guaranteed rent option, after all I pay the mortgage and I want security, although I would probably earn more, but I like security - I give 1 quarter of the monthly rent (1 week's rent) as a mortgage payment and I have the rest , so I can also buy something nice for the boys, I feel freer.

I liked this option a lot, so I went for it... I pay the mortgage completely calmly, thanks to the rent I don't even know about it, I just have the two properties in the Czech Republic and Dubai. As soon as it is paid, I will sell the apartment in Dubai, which, by the way, has already increased in market value by 35%, and I can easily buy two apartments.
